Situated on the river Danube, Budapest is split
in two. On the West bank you will find Buda and on the East bank is
Pest. In Buda you will find the historic Royal Palace and Castle district
and in Pest you will find a variety of museums and the Hungarian State
Opera House. Connecting the two sides of the city are a selection
of picturesque bridges.
